Our Mission

Our Chamber Ambassador Team consists of volunteers from the Chamber who are committed to building member engagement. Ambassadors focus on raising community awareness of Chamber activities, educating new and potential members about the benefits of membership, and serving as liaisons between the Board of Directors, staff and membership.

Join the Chamber Ambassador Team!

An Ambassador is expected to:

  • Be an active member in good standing of the Chamber.
  • Have your employer's approval to participate in the program.
  • Serve a two-year period with the possibility of being asked to serve a second term.
  • Commit to regular attendance at a variety of Chamber events (avg of five hours per month).
  • Serve as a representative of the Chamber at Chamber events
  • Understand and communicate Chamber membership benefits
  • Serve as a liaison between the Chamber and members
  • Represent your business or organization as part of the Chamber
  • Attend 30% of ribbon cuttings each month. Ex: 10 ribbon cuttings = 3 required
  • Attend monthly meeting (first Friday of each month)
  • Attend monthly Business After Hours (3rd Thursday of each month)
  • Participate in or volunteer for three (3) major events yearly. Ex: Bocce Ball, Golf Tournament, Women’s Leadership Conference etc.
